ABOUT ME
Hello! I'm David Royzenblat (he/they). When I was 18, I moved from Michigan to Boston to attend the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Although I grew up in Michigan, I have lived and grown up in many places across the United States, but I had music coursing through my veins wherever I was. Finally, when I was 11, I discovered theatre. Everything clicked, and my love for it has always gotten stronger.
My time in Boston has been incredible. I have been lucky to work on many things at the Conservatory, including student work. I even had a little experience with Stage Managing, which I found exceptionally gratifying. Most recently at the Conservatory, I got the chance to be in Alice by Heart, directed by Laura Marie Duncan. I also played Sebastian in Twelfth Night, produced and directed by students through Earthstone.

Besides my wonderful experiences at school, I worked as an Actor/Historical interpreter at the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum where I dressed up in authentic colonial clothing and had to speak as if I were from the 18th century.
At the museum, I portrayed Mr. Nathaniel Bradlee, as well as Mr. Samuel Adams.
When I'm not twirling or singing my face off, I love to explore the city, work out, and read when I get the chance. I love puzzle-like games, especially cards. I have seen Gilmore Girls more times than I can count on my hands, and while I am not coffee-obsessed like the Gilmores, I'll have tea any time of the day.
Lastly, I am in the process of making my transition to NYC, and I am so excited for what's to come!
Thank you for checking out my website!
- David :)
